Vegetarian Green Curry
- 1 cup edamame bean or pea
- 2 tbsp coriander leaf
- 1 dice celery
- 3 dice jalapeAao
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 1 cup water
- 4 tbsp light soy sauce or fish sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
- 4 tbsp green curry paste
- 1 japanese cucumber
- GREEN CURRY
- heat up green curry with fish sauce and brown sugar in low heat dont burn stir gently
- add water let it come to a boil then add coconut milk
- add in all vegetable simmer for 2 minute then off heat
- TO SERVE
- serve vegetable green curry top thinly slice ribbon cucumber
