Kielbasa Skillet Stew

  1. In a 12-inch skillet, cook bacon until crisp; remove to paper towel to drain.
  2. In drippings, cook onion and sausage until the onion is tender; drain.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 45 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
  5. Crumble bacon and sprinkle on top.
  6. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
