Another Amaretto Chicken

• 2 12-4 lbs chicken, whole
• 12 cup Amaretto
• 14 cup brown sugar
• 14 cup water
• 12 teaspoon black pepper
• 14 teaspoon garlic powder
• 14 teaspoon onion powder
• cooking spray
• aluminum foil

1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Mix Amaretto, brown sugar,water,pepper, garlic powder& onion powder in a small bowl.
3. Microwave about 20-30 seconds to melt sugar.
4. Blend well.
5. Line a pan with foil.
6. Spray foil with cooking spray.
7. Clean chicken removing insides.
8. Pat dry with a paper towel.
9. Place chicken in pan.
10. Spray with cooking spray.
11. Brush chicken with Amaretto mixture.
12. Place in oven.
13. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours.
14. Baste from time to time with amaretto When juices run clear about 180 degrees remove from oven.
15. Let rest about 5 minutest before slicing.
16. Serves 4-6 depending on size of bird.
