Garlic cream chicken.

  1. Heat frying pan and brown chicken for 5 mins each side.
  2. Add onion and brown, then add finely chopped mushrooms and soften.
  3. Add wine and garlic, simmer for 20 mins then remove from heat removing chicken and stir in seasoning and cream.
  4. Place chicken back in pan and return to heat fir 5 mins.
  5. Enjoy!
  6. Best served with boiled rice.
