Garlic cream chicken.
- 3/4 cup mushrooms
- 5 clove garlic
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/4 tbsp white pepper
- 1/4 tbsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 pints dry white wine
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 4 large chicken breasts
- 2 oz butter
- Heat frying pan and brown chicken for 5 mins each side.
- Add onion and brown, then add finely chopped mushrooms and soften.
- Add wine and garlic, simmer for 20 mins then remove from heat removing chicken and stir in seasoning and cream.
- Place chicken back in pan and return to heat fir 5 mins.
- Enjoy!
- Best served with boiled rice.
