Olive Rice
- 1 cup long grain rice, cooked
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, diced
- 1 (4 ounce) jar stuffed olives, diced
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- 12 cup onion, chopped
- 12 cup salad oil
- 13 cup water
- salt and pepper
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Combine all ingredients in a 9-inch casserole, cover, and bake for 1 hour.
