Denver Style Scrambled Eggs
- 2 qt. OSCAR MAYER Ham Bulk Water Added, chopped
- 1-1/2 qt. Green peppers, chopped
- 3 cups onions, chopped
- 2 cups Unsalted butter
- 96 each eggs
- - PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese, cubed
- - salt
- - black pepper
- Saute ham, green peppers and onion in butter on flat-top grill until vegetables are tender.
- Add eggs; cook on low heat until set, stirring occasionally.
- Add cream cheese; cook until cream cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Hold in steam table pans up to 1 hour.
