Denver Style Scrambled Eggs

  1. Saute ham, green peppers and onion in butter on flat-top grill until vegetables are tender.
  2. Add eggs; cook on low heat until set, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add cream cheese; cook until cream cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. Hold in steam table pans up to 1 hour.
