Macaroni Salad for 100
- 5 to 6 lb. cubed cooked ham
- 5 to 6 lb. macaroni, cooked, drained
- 3 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 pkg. (1-1/4 lb. each) frozen peas, thawed
- 2 bunches celery, chopped
- 2 lg. onions, chopped
- 2 cans (5-3/4 oz. each) pitted ripe olives, drained and sliced
- 2 qt. mayonnaise
- 8 fl. oz. western
- French salad dressing
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup light cream
- 1-1/2 tsp. onion salt
- 1-1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- Combine all salad ingredients.
- Combine all dressing ingredients; pour over the salad mixture and toss.
- Refrigerate.
