Quick Microwave Banana Porridge

  1. Combine oats and water in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the milk and banana; top with a delicious dollop of Light Philly Topping and fresh fruit.
  4. Light Philly Topping:
  5. Combine all ingredients.
  6. Cover and refrigerate, use as required.
  7. Serve with hot peaches, banana porridge and other breakfast cereals and stewed fruit.
