Lumpia

  1. Brown the meat in a frying pan.
  2. While meat is browning, add garlic powder, chili powder, and paprika to your taste.
  3. Then add bean sprouts, vegetables and water chestnuts.
  4. Let simmer a few more minutes.
  5. Spread the wrappers on the counter, and put about 1 tablespoon of the mixture on each wrapper.
  6. Wet sides of the wrappers and roll up like an egg roll.
  7. Fry for about 2 minutes on each side in hot vegetable oil (about 1 inch deep) until golden brown on all sides.
  8. Drain on paper towels and pat excess oil off.
  9. Extras can be frozen and reheated in the oven for a quick lunch.
