Lumpia
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 can (14 Oz. Can) Bean Sprouts
- 1 can (14 Oz. Can) Chop Suey
- 1 can (8 Oz. Can) Sliced Water Chestnuts
- 1 package (12 Oz. Package) Won Ton Wrappers
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Paprika
- Brown the meat in a frying pan.
- While meat is browning, add garlic powder, chili powder, and paprika to your taste.
- Then add bean sprouts, vegetables and water chestnuts.
- Let simmer a few more minutes.
- Spread the wrappers on the counter, and put about 1 tablespoon of the mixture on each wrapper.
- Wet sides of the wrappers and roll up like an egg roll.
- Fry for about 2 minutes on each side in hot vegetable oil (about 1 inch deep) until golden brown on all sides.
- Drain on paper towels and pat excess oil off.
- Extras can be frozen and reheated in the oven for a quick lunch.
