Asparagus And Parmesan Recipe
- 1 bn asparagus
- 1 sm chunk of parmesan cheese extra virgin olive oil
- Trim the bottoms of the asparagus stalks and cook the stalks in boiling water for 4-5 min, till tender.
- Drain and immediately grate the parmesan over the asparagus, or possibly shave pcs of the parmesan onto the asparagus with a vegetable peeler.
- Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and serve.
