Bourbon Carrot Cake With Bourbon Glaze Recipe
- 2/3 c. oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp baking pwdr
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 3 Tbsp. Bourbon
- 1 1/2 c. grated carrots
- 1 c. minced pecans.
- Pour into greased and floured 9x9-inch cake pan.
- Bake at 325 F for 40 min.
- Cold in pan.
- Bourbon glaze1 C powdered sugar2 Tbsp.
- warm water1 Tbsp.
- Bourbon
- Blend together and spread over cooled cake.
