Swordfish Steaks Broiled with Maitre d'Hotel Butter

  1. Prepare Maitre dHotel Butter.
  2. Preheat broiler.
  3. Place swordfish on rack in broiling pan.
  4. Spread 1/2 teaspoon Maitre dHotel Butter on each side of each fish steak.
  5. Place pan in broiler, 4 inches from heat source.
  6. Broil swordfish, without turning, until just opaque throughout, 8 to 10 minutes.
  7. Spoon pan juices over fish to serve.
  8. Makes 4 main-dish servings.Nutritional information is based on one serving.
