Swordfish Steaks Broiled with Maitre d'Hotel Butter
- 4 tsp. Maitre dHotel Butter
- 4 swordfish steaks
- Prepare Maitre dHotel Butter.
- Preheat broiler.
- Place swordfish on rack in broiling pan.
- Spread 1/2 teaspoon Maitre dHotel Butter on each side of each fish steak.
- Place pan in broiler, 4 inches from heat source.
- Broil swordfish, without turning, until just opaque throughout, 8 to 10 minutes.
- Spoon pan juices over fish to serve.
