Chicken Noodle Chowder
- 1 packages Lipton Chicken Noodle Soup
- 4 cups water
- 2 cups milk
- 1 medium size carrot, grated
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 cup potato, chopped
- 1 12oz can corn
- 3 celery stalks, chopped
- 4 tbsp butter or margarine
- 1 chopped parsley
- 1 tsp thyme
- In a soup pot combine water,potato, celery, onion, carrot, thyme and parsley.
- Bring to a boil, simmer until veggies are tender
- Add soup package, boil for 5 minutes.
- Until noodles are cooked.
- Remove from heat, add in milk, butter and corn.
- Re-heat until hot throughout.
- Serve :)
