Bourban Marinade Recipe

• 4 pound chuck roast
• 5 ounce. soy sauce
• 1/4 c. bourbon (brandy)
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 c. water
• 1 tbsp. lemon juice
• Season salt

1. Mix together: marinate roast in shallow pan overnight occasionally turn over.
2. Cook on grill 5 inches from coals for 30 min per side.
