Basmati Pullao (Cashew And Raisin Pilaf) Recipe

  1. Cook onion over low heat till tender.
  2. Add in rice, cinnamon, cloves, bay leaf, cashews, raisins.
  3. Cook for 2 min.
  4. Add in 2 c. of water; cover.
  5. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low.
  6. Cook for 15 to 20 min.
