Meredith Deeds Pico de Gallo

  1. Combine the tomatoes, onions, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, and jalapeno in a medium bowl; toss to blend well.
  2. Season to taste with salt.
  3. Let stand at least 30 minutes at room temperature for the flavors to develop.
  4. This is best eaten fresh.
