Chicken Carolinas Recipe
- 4 breast halves, boned & skinned
- 4 thin slice Swiss cheese, cover bread
- 4 thin slice ham, boiled ham
- 1 can cream chicken soup mixed with 1/4 c. white wine
- 3/4 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix (Stove Top)
- 1/3 c. melted butter
- Place chicken in 8" square baking dish.
- Cover each breast with cheese and ham, then pour soup/wine mix over top.
- Sprinkle the mixed Stove Top stuffing over top.
- Sprinkle the mixed Stove Top stuffing over top.
- Drizzle melted butter over top.
- Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 min.
- Serve with rice and vegetables.
- Excellent!
