Spaghetti Casserole 1
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 small can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- salt and pepper to taste
- Italian seasoning to taste
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- Brown ground beef and pour off fat.
- Brown onion.
- Add remaining ingredients, except for noodles and cheese.
- Simmer until nice consistency.
- Cook noodles. Drain and mix with meat sauce.
- Put half of sauce in bottom of 3-quart dish.
- Cover with shredded Mozzarella cheese.
- Add remaining sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
