Vegan Banana Ice Cream with Toasted Coconut, Almonds, and Dark Chcocolate
- 4 whole Large Bananas
- 1/4 cups Toasted Coconut
- 2 Tablespoons Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Toasted Almonds, Chopped
- To make the banana ice cream:
- 1.
- Start with 4 ripe bananas.
- Peel your bananas and cut them into small chunks.
- Freeze for just 2-4 hours on a plate or in a plastic bag.

- Place into a food processor and process (you can use a blender as well), making sure to scrape down the bowl when they stick.
- Again process the bananas until they create a creamy puree.
- Serve in a cold bowl or in a cone.
- Each banana will make 1/2 cup of ice cream.
- Add toasted coconut, dark chocolate chips, chopped almonds to a medium bowl.
- Sprinkle on top of banana ice cream.
