Vegan Banana Ice Cream with Toasted Coconut, Almonds, and Dark Chcocolate

  1. To make the banana ice cream:

  3. Start with 4 ripe bananas.
  4. Peel your bananas and cut them into small chunks.
  5. Freeze for just 2-4 hours on a plate or in a plastic bag.

  7. Place into a food processor and process (you can use a blender as well), making sure to scrape down the bowl when they stick.
  8. Again process the bananas until they create a creamy puree.
  9. Serve in a cold bowl or in a cone.
  10. Each banana will make 1/2 cup of ice cream.
  11. Add toasted coconut, dark chocolate chips, chopped almonds to a medium bowl.
  12. Sprinkle on top of banana ice cream.
