Roasted Potato and Apple Salad

  1. TOSS potatoes and apples with half the dressing.
  2. Place in single layer on baking tray and roast at 400F for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  3. Remove to large bowl.
  4. ADD remaining ingredients and dressing to bowl, and toss.
  5. Serve immediately.
