Cocoa Mousse Pie (Splenda)
- 2 (8 ounce) packages fat free cream cheese
- 1 cup Splenda granular, sugar substitute
- 13 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 2 cups reduced-calorie whipped topping
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (6 ounce) chocolate crumb crusts
- In a large bowl, stir cream cheese with a sturdy spoon until soft.
- Add Splenda and cocoa.
- Mix well with a wire whisk.
- Blend in whipped topping and vanilla extract.
- Evenly spread mixture into piecrust and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
