Grilled Turkey Tenderloins With Cranberry- Grape Sauce

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the first 5 ingredients until smooth.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Cook and stir for 1 to 2 minutes or until thickened.
  4. Cover and refrigerate.
  5. Coat grill rack with cooking spray before starting the grill.
  6. Flatten turkey to 3/4 inch thickness.
  7. Combine oil, pepper and salt.
  8. Rub over both sides of the turkey.
  9. Grill turkey, covered, over direct medium heat or broil 4 to 6 inches from the heat for 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until no longer pink.
  10. Just before serving, stir grapes into sauce.
  11. Serve turkey with sauce.
  12. *You can use wild turkey for this recipe as well as frozen.
