Frozen Chocolate Brownie Pie

  1. Melt margine in a large saucepan over medium high heat; add brown sugar, stirring with a wire whisk.
  2. Remove from heat; cool slightly.
  3. Add egg substitute and buttermilk, stirring well.
  4. Combine flour,cocoa, and salt; add to buttermilk mixture, stirring until blended.
  5. Stir in vanilla.
  6. Pour into a 9-inch springform pan lightly coated with cooking spray.
  7. Bake at 350&3176;F for 15 minutes.
  8. Cool completely in pan on a wirerack.
  9. Spread half of vanilla yogurt over brownie; cover and freeze until firm.
  10. Spread chocolate yogurt over vanilla yogurt; cover and freeze until firm.
  11. Top with remaining vanilla yogurt.
  12. Cover and freeze at least 8 hours.
  13. Remove sides of pan.
  14. Serve each wedge with 1 tablespoon syrup.
  15. Garnish,if desired.
