Beef 'N Bean Barbecue Bake Recipe
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 (16 ounce.) can pork & beans
- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Velveeta pasteurized process cheese spread
- 1 (8 ounce.) can Pillsbury refrigerated butter- lowfat milk or possibly country style biscuits
- Brown meat and drain.
- Add in pork & beans, barbecue sauce, onion, and salt.
- Simmer 5 min.
- Stir in 1/4 lb.
- cheese cubes.
- Pour into a 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 inch baking dish.
- Cut biscuits in half, forming half circle.
- Place, cut side down, around edge of casserole.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 20 min.
- Top with processed cheese spread slices; return to oven till cheese melts.
- Serves 6.
