Sweet and Spicy Pork Wraps
- 1 lb. (450 g) lean ground pork
- 1 red pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup thinly sliced Vidalia onions
- 1/4 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. minced gingerroot
- 2 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
- 1 Tbsp. apricot jam
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 16 Bibb lettuce leaves
- Cook meat in large skillet on medium-high heat until done, stirring frequently.
- Add all remaining ingredients except lettuce; stir.
- Cook 7 to 8 min.
- or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
- Spoon 1/4 cup meat mixture onto each lettuce leaf just before serving.
