Easy Chop Suey Recipe

  1. Cut beef and pork into bite-sized pcs.
  2. Combine beef, pork, onion and celery; place small amount of fat in saucepan.
  3. Add in meats mix; cook, stirring till lightly browned.
  4. Add in chop suey vegetables and 3 vegetable cans water; simmer for about 2 hrs.
  5. Stir in molasses and soy sauce.
  6. Blend cornstarch with 1 c. cool water; stir into meats mix in saucepan.
  7. Cook, stirring, till thickened.
  8. Serve over rice.
