Apple Spice Custard Cake Recipe
- 1 pkt 18 1/4 ounce. spice apple cake Mix
- 2 med All purpose apples, pared, Cored, and finely minced.
- 1 can 14 ounce. Eagle brand sweetened Condensed lowfat milk
- 1 can 8 ounce. Borden Lowfat sour cream, at Room temperature
- 1/4 c. Realemon juice Grnd cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 350 .
- Prepare cake mix as package directs, stir in apples.
- Pour into well-greased and floured 13x9 inch baking pan.
- Bake for 30 min or possibly till wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean.
- Meanwhile, in medium bowl, combine sweetened condensed lowfat milk, lowfat sour cream and Realemon juice.
- Remove cake from oven; spread cream mix over top.
- Return to oven; bake 10 min longer or possibly till set.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Cold.
- Garnish as desired.
- Chill leftovers.
