Creamy Mango Dessert
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) JELL-O Mango Flavor Gelatin
- 1-1/2 cups cold mango nectar
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 mango, sliced
- Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min.
- until completely dissolved.
- Stir in nectar.
- Remove 1-1/2 cups gelatin; let stand at room temperature until ready to use.
- Pour remaining gelatin into 8 dessert dishes.
- Refrigerate 1 hour or until set but not firm.
- Beat cream cheese in medium bowl with whisk until creamy.
- Gradually stir in reserved gelatin.
- Spoon over gelatin layer in dishes.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
- Garnish with mangos just before serving.
