Fish Fillets With Caper Mayonnaise
- 1 lb fish fillet, white fish
- 2 teaspoons oil
- salt
- pepper
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 12 tablespoons capers, coarsely chopped
- 1 12 teaspoons parsley, minced
- lemon slice
- Arrange fish on baking sheet.
- Brush with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Combine mayonnaise, capers and parsley; spread on top of fillets.
- Bake in 425F oven 8 minutes for fresh fish, and then broil for 2 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with lemon slices.
