- 1 cup water
- 2 12 cups wheat bread flour
- 1 14 tablespoons dry milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 12 tablespoons butter
- 1 14 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon gluten
- 2 teaspoons molasses
- 1 12 teaspoons fast rise yeast or 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- Load the ingredients in the order given.
- Set machine for regular bake cycle.
- Re-set the machine over again after the first knead.
