stuffed jalapenos
- 3 lb jalapenos
- 4 lb large shrimp devained
- 1 lb hickory smoked bacon
- 3 box small boxes of cream cheese
- split peppers long ways and deseed with a small spoon,
- be sure to rinse peppers or they will be to hot
- with a butter knife stuff the pepper halfs with the cream cheese
- for each stuffed half top with one large deshelled shrimp.
- wrap the pepper, cream cheese,shrimp combo with thin sliced bacon.
- use tooth picks to secure the wrap.
- set oven at 375 cook for 35 minutes or untill bacon is fully cooked
