stuffed jalapenos

  1. split peppers long ways and deseed with a small spoon,
  2. be sure to rinse peppers or they will be to hot
  3. with a butter knife stuff the pepper halfs with the cream cheese
  4. for each stuffed half top with one large deshelled shrimp.
  5. wrap the pepper, cream cheese,shrimp combo with thin sliced bacon.
  6. use tooth picks to secure the wrap.
  7. set oven at 375 cook for 35 minutes or untill bacon is fully cooked
