Pale Ale Sabayon

• 5 egg yolks
• 1/2 cup pale ale
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. Whisk yolks, ale, sugar and vanilla in mixing bowl.
2. Over a double boiler, whisk and cook the mixture over simmering water until thick.
3. Chill and then serve.
