Crock Pot Chicken Fajitas
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 ounce taco seasoning (1 packet)
- thinly sliced onion
- 15 ounces fat-free refried beans (1 can)
- 16 ounces thick & chunky salsa (1 jar)
- cheese
- tortilla
- Place the chicken in the bottom of a crock pot.
- Sprinkle with the taco seasoning.
- I thinly sliced some onion on top of this but you don't have to.
- Spoon on the beans and smooth them over the chicken.
- Top with the salsa.
- You can cook this on either high or low.
- When the fajitas are done and just before serving them you shred the chicken with a fork.Top with a bit of cheese when this is done and melt.
- You can either eat these on a shell or on a plate.
