Crab Salad with Ham Crostini

  1. Preheat the oven to 425.
  2. Line a baking sheet with foil.
  3. MAKE CRAB SALAD
  4. Combine all crab salad ingredients in a bowl, mix gently to combine.
  5. Chill
  6. Place baguette halfs on foil, cut side up
  7. In a small bowl combine melted butter, olive oil, garlic,pepper, and romano cheese, mix well.
  8. Brush baguette tops with butter/oil.mixture
  9. Place in preheated oven until golden and crisp about 15 to 18 minutes
  10. ASSEMBLE CROSTINI
  11. Spread each toasted bread evenly with crab salad, add lettuce on top.of crab salad.
  12. Wrap ham around crostini as shown
  13. Serve with the grape or cherry tomatoes
