Grilled Pork Chops with Molasses Barbecue Sauce

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in large saucepan; bring to boil.
  2. Cool completely.
  3. Place pork in large glass baking dish.
  4. Pour brine over.
  5. Cover; chill overnight.
  6. Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat).
  7. Drain pork; pat dry.
  8. Brush pork with oil.
  9. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  10. Grill pork about 5 minutes per side for medium.
  11. Place on plates.
  12. Spoon Molasses Barbecue Sauce over.
