Easy Hamburger Steaks

  1. Finely chop the onion.
  2. Mix the ground meat with the onion, panko, egg, salt and pepper, nutmeg, ketchup, and mayonnaise in a bowl.
  3. Knead very well with your hands.
  4. Divide into two portions and form into patties.
  5. Pan fry over medium heat.
  6. When both sides are browned, add a little sake to the pan, cover with a lid and steam-fry.
  7. (Medium heat)
  8. When they are cooked through, serve on a bed of lettuce.
  9. Add the ingredients to the pan and heat through.
  10. Pour the sauce over the hamburger steaks and they're done.
