Banana Flax Breakfast Muffins

  1. Mash up the bananas, however many it takes to make four cups.
  2. It took me about 8 bananas to make four cups.
  3. Mix all the ingredients well.
  4. If you need to make your own pecan meal, a coffee grinder works great.
  5. You can find Flax meal in the 'natural' section of your regular grocery store.
  6. Fill muffin tins to the top.
  7. Not 3/4 full!
  8. Bake for about 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
  9. Check with a toothpick to make sure it's done first!
