Bistro Spaetzle & Sausage
- 2 1/2 cups butter
- 36 cups spaetzle
- 5 cups onions, finely chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 20 cups precooked pork sausage, sliced
- 2 1/2 cups fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 1/4 cups Kraft Sauce Works Dijon Bistro Sauce
- - salt
- - ground black pepper
- Melt butter in large saucepan.
- Add spaetzle and onions; saute until lightly browned.
- Add sausage; cook until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
- Add parsley and bistro sauce; mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook until thoroughly heated, stirring continuously.
- Serve immediately.
