Green Bell Peppers and Aburaage Stir-fried in Oyster Sauce

  1. Julienne the bell peppers after slicing them in half lengthwise.
  2. Pour hot water around the aburaage to remove excess oil, and slice into strips.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and stir the fry bell peppers and aburaage.
  4. Lower the heat when the bell peppers become tender.
  5. Stir in the ingredients, coat the peppers and aburaage, toss briskly and serve.
