Fat Burning Cabbage Soup
- 5 medium carrots, chopped
- 3 medium onions, chopped
- 10 stick celery, chopped
- 2 medium green bellpeppers, chopped
- 1 large head of cabbage, chopped
- 2 can diced tomatoes, with juice
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 2 quart tomato juice, such as v-8
- 1 can cut green beans
- 1 dash worcestershire sauce
- Put all ingredients in a large pot.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for at least 45 min.
- The longer it simmers, the better the flavor!

- Can keep in the fridge for about 10 days.
- Also, I like to freeze individual portions in freezer bags, so I can just heat it up when I'm ready.
