Simple Shrimp Chili Sauce

  1. Remove the shrimp shells and de-vein them.
  2. Rinse in baking soda.
  3. I recommend preparing them this way and freezing them for stock.
  4. Coat the shrimp in katakuriko.
  5. Coat a frying pan with vegetable oil and lightly fry.
  6. Be sure to cook them through.
  7. Add onions and the ingredients marked with .
  8. Once it's cooked through, add doubanjiang as desired, and it's complete.
