Chocolate Marshmallow Fudge

  1. Bring sugar, butter, evaporated milk to a bubbling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  2. Cook for 10 minutes while stirring, reducing heat to keep from burning.
  3. Scrape down sides of pot frequently.
  4. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips, marshmallow creme, nuts and vanilla.
  5. Stir only until marshmallow and chips are all melted and chocolate is consistant color.
  6. Pour into 8x8 buttered, foiled pan and cool before cutting.
