Margie's Carrot Bars
- 1 (16 ounce) can carrots
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 12 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 14 cups salad oil
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 12 cup nuts
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 12 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- Blend carrots.
- Combine with sugar, salad oil and eggs.
- Combine flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon and add to carrot mixture.
- Stir in nuts.
- Placed in greased 11x18 pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- CREAM CHEESE FROSTING : Beat cream cheese, butter, vanilla, milk and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Pour over bars.
