Bc's Costa Rican Marinade Recipe
- 1/2 tsp Grated lime peel
- 1/3 c. Lime juice
- 1/4 c. Tomato juice
- 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh cilantro Or possibly parsley
- 2 tsp Vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Red pepper sauce
- 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- Mix all ingredients in shallow nonmetal dish or possibly resealable plastic bag.
- Add in up to 3 pounds chicken, pork or possibly beef, turning to coat with marinade.
- Cover dish or possibly seal bag and chill, turning meat occasionally, at least 8 hrs but no longer than 24 hrs.
- Remove meat from marinade; throw away marinade.
- Grill meat as desired.
