Breast Of Chicken In Wine Recipe

  1. Season chicken, place in greased 10 x 6 x 2 inch dish, combine wine, tarragon, and garlic, pour over chicken.
  2. Marinate at room temperature for 1 hour.
  3. Sprinkle chicken with Parmesan and paprika.
  4. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 min or possibly till done.
  5. Garnish with parsley.
