Breast Of Chicken In Wine Recipe
- 6 lg. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
- 3/4 teaspoon dry tarragon
- 1 lg. garlic clove, halved
- 3 to 4 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- Paprika
- Parsley
- Season chicken, place in greased 10 x 6 x 2 inch dish, combine wine, tarragon, and garlic, pour over chicken.
- Marinate at room temperature for 1 hour.
- Sprinkle chicken with Parmesan and paprika.
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 min or possibly till done.
- Garnish with parsley.
