Easy Quiche Lorraine Recipe
- 2 deep dish pie shells, frzn
- 1 can real bacon bits
- 3/4 c. green onions
- 5 Large eggs, beaten
- 4 tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
- 1 pound grated Jarlsberg cheese
- 2 c. half and half lowfat milk
- In large bowl mix all ingredients on low speed of mixer.
- Divide between pie shells.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
- One or possibly both can be frzn, uncooked.
- thaw before cooking or possibly bake 1/2 hour longer till center is done.
