Easy Quiche Lorraine Recipe

  1. In large bowl mix all ingredients on low speed of mixer.
  2. Divide between pie shells.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
  4. One or possibly both can be frzn, uncooked.
  5. thaw before cooking or possibly bake 1/2 hour longer till center is done.
