Baked Burgers

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Spray ramekins (use four 10-ounce size ramekins for burger size or four 6 ounce ramekins for meatloaf size) with cooking spray; set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix all of your ingredients (except for the toppings) and mix well until combined.
  4. I used my my hands.
  5. Evenly divide the beef mixture into 4 (or 6) equal parts and place into ramekins.
  6. Put ramekins on a baking tray.
  7. Place in the oven for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove pan from oven.
  9. Brush a bit of ketchup on top of each and add any additional toppings at this time.
  10. Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  11. Once done, let the burger/meatloaf sit for a few minutes.
