Baked Burgers
- 1 pound Lean Ground Beef
- 2 Tablespoons Ketchup
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 ounce, weight Lite Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
- 1 dash Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
- 1/4 cups Whole Wheat Panko Bread Crumbs
- Recommended Topping: Ketchup
- Optional Garnishes: Spicy Ketchup, Cheese Slices, Cooked Bacon, Jalapeno Slices, Crispy Onion, Or Other
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Spray ramekins (use four 10-ounce size ramekins for burger size or four 6 ounce ramekins for meatloaf size) with cooking spray; set aside.
- In a bowl, mix all of your ingredients (except for the toppings) and mix well until combined.
- I used my my hands.
- Evenly divide the beef mixture into 4 (or 6) equal parts and place into ramekins.
- Put ramekins on a baking tray.
- Place in the oven for 30 minutes.
- Remove pan from oven.
- Brush a bit of ketchup on top of each and add any additional toppings at this time.
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Once done, let the burger/meatloaf sit for a few minutes.
