Hawaiian Ham Pie

  1. preheat oven to 350.
  2. soak dried onions for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Drain.
  4. Place pie crust in 8 or 9 inch pie tin.
  5. Combine ham, ham spread, bread crumbs, egg, milk, onions, mustard and 1/2 cup of the pineapple.
  6. Blend well.
  7. Place in pastry shell.
  8. In a small bowl, combine remaining pineapple and sugar.
  9. Arrange on top of ham in spoke pattern.
  10. Bake 45 minutes.
