Hawaiian Ham Pie
- 13 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons dried onions
- 1 pie crust
- 1 (5 ounce) can ham
- 1 (4 ounce) candeviled ham spread
- 1 egg, beaten
- 12 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
- 1 (29 ounce) can crushed pineapple
- 12 cup brown sugar (optional)
- preheat oven to 350.
- soak dried onions for 5-10 minutes.
- Drain.
- Place pie crust in 8 or 9 inch pie tin.
- Combine ham, ham spread, bread crumbs, egg, milk, onions, mustard and 1/2 cup of the pineapple.
- Blend well.
- Place in pastry shell.
- In a small bowl, combine remaining pineapple and sugar.
- Arrange on top of ham in spoke pattern.
- Bake 45 minutes.
