Radish, Goat Cheese And Black Bread Canapes

  1. Spread six slices of bread with the cheese and six with the butter.
  2. Cover the cheese with a layer of overlapping radish slices.
  3. Cover with the buttered bread.
  4. Wrap each sandwich in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  5. To serve, cut each sandwich in four and arrange the canapes on a platter.
  6. Decorate the platter with whole radishes.
