Red Snapper With Yogurt/Cucumber Sauce
- 120 g red snapper
- 2 tablespoons coriander
- 2 tablespoons cumin
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, ground
- salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 large cucumber, peeled and without seeds
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened natural yoghurt
- 1 lime, juice of
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon mint leaf
- 2 tablespoons basil, finely chopped
- Marinate the fish with the coriander, cumin, ground ginger, salt and pepper.
- In a frying pan, seal the fish on both sides with the olive oil.
- For the sauce: put all the ingredients in a mixer except for the basil.
- Serve the fish, cover with the yogurt sauce and toss with the basil.
